Our solar panels run from the rooftop down to the parking areas, and they work quietly all day. Between them they meet around 30% of the hotel’s energy needs — around 100 kWh of clean energy per day, approximately 36,500 kWh annually — which means less drawn from the local grid and fewer emissions.

Every room and every corner of the property runs on energy-efficient appliances — air conditioners, refrigerators, TVs and lights, all 5-star energy-rated, high-efficiency models. The lighting throughout is LED, day and night. None of it asks anything of you: the room cools the same, the lights work the same. The saving happens quietly, on our side of the stay.

Behind the scenes we keep a tight house on waste. The rooms, the restaurant and every guest area are set up to produce as little as possible in the first place. What waste there is meets our automated recycling program: paper, plastic, glass and the rest get sorted and recycled without you lifting a finger. Your part of the stay stays simple.

Delhi knows the value of water, and so do we. Our automated systems track water usage in real-time, so excess never slips past us.
In the bathrooms you’ll find water-saving taps, low-flow toilets and efficient showerheads — they cut consumption without giving up the comfort you expect. All told, we save around 250,000 liters of water every year, and sometimes even more. No groundwater is used, and we ensure zero water wastage when refilling our tanks.
Water Purification
In-House Water Purification: Reducing Plastic Waste
The drinking water at J60 Suites starts at our own in-house RO water purification systems, and the bottling happens here too. Your water comes purified on-site, safe and clean — none of the plastic waste that comes with conventional bottled water.
It reaches you in reusable glass bottles, which is how we keep single-use plastic out of the landfill. A small loop, honestly, but it runs every day: pure water for you, less plastic for the city.

The small things are chosen with care. Toiletries in every suite are biodegradable, coffee cups in the common areas are compostable, and recycled paper products — napkins, tissues, and the rest — run throughout the property. You’ll barely notice them during your stay, which is rather the point.
