1. General Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by J60 Suites (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website j60suites.com and during your stay at our hotel property located at Ashok Vihar, Phase 1, New Delhi – 110052, India.

By booking a room or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • All room bookings are subject to availability.
  • Guests must provide valid identification at check-in.
  • Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon), unless otherwise agreed.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or at check-in, as specified during the reservation process.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • A valid credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be charged for one night’s stay.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Special promotional rates and non-refundable bookings are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition during their stay.
  • Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • The hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
  • Guests must comply with all hotel rules and regulations as communicated by staff.
  • Illegal activities on the premises are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

6. Liability

  • J60 Suites shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the guest’s stay, except where caused by the hotel’s negligence.
  • Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who violate these Terms or engage in disruptive behavior.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
