Questions about wedding rooms
How many rooms can we block at once?
All 18 — about 48-50 staying guests, held together as a single booking rather than eighteen separate confirmations for your family to chase. One WhatsApp number covers the whole block, from the first check-in to the last checkout.
Can one family take an entire floor?
Yes. The 6 Bedroom Entire Floor is six rooms with exclusive access to common areas — one side of the family, one floor, and a common space where everyone gathers between functions without crowding anyone's room. The floor is yours for the length of the stay.
Can we book rooms and a rooftop function together?
Yes — that is the combination this property is built for. The function on the rooftop, the rooms in the same building, one contact handling both: nobody in the family is left juggling a venue and a hotel separately.
Is this a hotel or apartments?
A real boutique hotel — 18 rooms, a reception desk, housekeeping and staff on site. Your relatives arrive from a late baraat to a front desk and a made-up room, not a self-check-in apartment and a lockbox code nobody can find. And housekeeping keeps the rooms right through a long wedding week.
How far are you from GTB Nagar and Model Town?
Ashok Vihar Phase 1, minutes from both — and minutes from North Delhi's civil-wedding and function venues. Guests coming from GTB Nagar or Model Town reach you without a long drive, which matters when the wedding schedule is already tight.
Can guests arrive late or leave early?
Yes — early and late check-ins and check-outs are arranged on request, and they are planned into the block from the start, not argued at the counter. A 2 AM baraat followed by an 8 AM pooja is a normal day for us.
Can you arrange transport for our guests?
Yes — transport can be arranged on request, including airport and station pickups, so guests landing at different hours are met and moved without the family running a taxi desk of its own. Send your arrival details on WhatsApp along with your dates.
What is the process to confirm a block?
Call or WhatsApp your dates and group size — we hold your block for three days while you confirm with your family. No deposit is needed for the hold, and holds work first come, first served. In quieter months we can often hold a little longer. The rooms are blocked for you properly once a deposit or advance is made. If your dates need a different arrangement, we can agree the hold period when you call.
