Your baraat checks in at 2 AM and the pooja is at 8 — a normal hotel treats that as a problem, a wedding stay treats it as the plan. We hold rooms together as one block: staggered check-ins handled, luggage and breakfast timings coordinated with your schedule, and one WhatsApp number for the whole family to call. One side of the family can take the entire 6 Bedroom Entire Floor — six rooms plus exclusive common areas to themselves. King Bed Room, Queen Bed Room and Twin Bed Room mix inside the same block, so couples, cousins and elders each land somewhere that suits them. And because the block is one booking, one change — a function shifting a day, two guests staying a night longer — is one message to us, not a chain of calls down the family tree.

How many rooms can we block at once?
All 18 — about 48–50 staying guests depending on the room mix and occupancy, held together as a single booking rather than eighteen separate confirmations for your family to chase. One WhatsApp number covers the whole block, from the first check-in to the last checkout.
Can one family take an entire floor?
Yes. The 6 Bedroom Entire Floor is six rooms with exclusive access to common areas — one side of the family, one floor, and a common space where everyone gathers between functions without crowding anyone's room. The floor is yours for the length of the stay.
Can we book rooms and a rooftop function together?
Yes — that is the combination this property is built for. The function on the rooftop, the rooms in the same building, one contact handling both: nobody in the family is left juggling a venue and a hotel separately.
Is this a hotel or apartments?
A real boutique hotel — 18 rooms, a reception desk, housekeeping and staff on site. Your relatives arrive from a late baraat to a front desk and a made-up room, with housekeeping keeping the rooms right through a long wedding week.
How far are you from GTB Nagar and Model Town?
Ashok Vihar Phase 1, minutes from both — and minutes from North Delhi's civil-wedding and function venues. Guests coming from GTB Nagar or Model Town reach you without a long drive, which matters when the wedding schedule is already tight.
Can guests arrive late or leave early?
Yes — early and late check-ins and check-outs are arranged on request and planned into the block from the start. A 2 AM baraat followed by an 8 AM pooja is a normal day for us.
Can you arrange transport for our guests?
Yes — transport can be arranged on request, including airport and station pickups, so guests landing at different hours are met and moved without the family running a taxi desk of its own. Send your arrival details on WhatsApp along with your dates.
What is the process to confirm a block?
Call or WhatsApp your dates and group size. The team checks availability, explains the room rates and hold terms, and tells you the payment arrangements for confirmation. Rooms are subject to a security deposit; ask for the amount and payment arrangements with your quote.
Do the rooms have private balconies?
Private balconies are not available. Guests can use the shared balconies, and the team can explain which room or floor options suit your family block.
Is parking available for wedding guests?
Limited free on-site parking, first come first served. Share your expected arrivals with the team so they can explain the practical arrangements for your dates.
